Terms and Conditions
CONDITIONS OF BOARDING
1:- Opening hours Mon - Fri 9am till 6 pm Sat - Sun 9 am till 12 noon 4pm - 5pm
2:- No pets will be admitted unless proof of vaccination is shown
Vacs for dogs :- parvovirus, distemper, leptospirosis, infectious canine hepatitis and parainfluenza.
We do not insist on Kennel cough but owners should seek the advice of their veterinary surgeon in the case of young or elderly dogs.
Vacs for cats :- feline influenza, feline enteritis, and feline leukaemia.
3:- Full payment on collection of your pet. We accept cash and cheques..
Should you require to cancel your booking, 5 days notice is required failure to cancel before this period will incur full charge. Exceptions at the discretion of the proprietor.
4:- All dogs should be on a lead when entering or leaving the Kennels. Cats in an appropriate carrying basket and in the interest of safety all children should be with an adult at all times.
5:- Whilst all reasonable care is taken by the Kennels, no responsibility is taken for loss, damage or injury to person or property while visiting the premises.
6:- We reserve the right to change or amend the condition with out prior notice
All owners must agree to board their animal at the above Kennels and Cattery on the understanding that although every possible care and attention will be given, the animal is boarded entirely at their own risk, that a veterinary surgeon be called, if deemed necessary, by the owner/manager of the Kennels and Cattery and that the owner may be liable for payment of the account. And further agree that if the animal is not collected within 14 days of the date on which it is due to be collected and no communication is received from the owner , the Kennels & Cattery, will sell or otherwise dispose of the animal at their discretion.
